Buttermilk Recipe
for Softer Younger Skin

I personally do a lot of cooking, so when I have finished my buttermilk recipes it's easy to have a little left in the fridge that you're not sure what to do with.

Well, now you know you can use it for making buttermilk recipes for natural skin care!

It's simple, only takes a few minutes.
I originally found out about this recipe when I ran out of my main exfoliating ingredient (dead sea salt and olive oil).

I loved it so much that I now use it frequently, it can be used every other day or as needed.

So Gentle...

HOW IT WORKS

If you just need a gentle way to exfoliate your skin, or you want to reduce fine lines and wrinkles, this is perfect.

The lactic acid that milk contains has been used synthetically in many anti aging products to remove the extra layers of dead skin. It also contains healthy fats that moisturize the skin so it wont be dried out when you're done.

It's also great if you're trying to lighten your skin from age spots / dark spots, the way it naturally lifts those dead layers of skin helps to even out the skin's tone and texture.

You can use whole milk as well, however 2%, 1% or Fat free wont work because they lack the needed fat content that is necessary for moisturizing and drawing out toxins.

HOW TO USE IT

1. Soak a cotton ball with the milk.

2. Apply to face/body.

3. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes.

4. Rinse with warm water.
