Clary Sage Essential Oil

Clary Sage is a herb that we've grown in our backyard, it has a sweeter flavor than some other herbs and I always enjoyed putting it with chicken.

The essential oil itself is steam distilled which can be a fairly long process - up to 7 days, but it's a gentle form of extraction.
