Anti Aging Milk Bath Recipe

This milk bath recipe is great in the world of anti aging secrets.

I have always been one to enjoy a nice relaxing bath, it loosens up the muscles and just makes the tensions of the day disappear. And I would never say no to an anti aging milk bath!

This recipe can be done a few different ways to gain different benefits.

Just Milk

Recipe #1:

What you'll need;

  • 1 cup of powdered milk

Add to warm bath water and soak for 30 minutes.
You can also put it in a sock or cloth and hang it in the bath if you don't want to put it directly into the bath water.

YOU CAN ALSO USE THIS MILK BATH RECIPE AS A MASK...

A whole milk mask – this “mask” can be used anywhere on the body and all you need is Whole Milk and some cotton balls.

The whole milk is necessary for the fat content, it helps draw the gunk out of your skin and the lactic acid peels the dead skin away creating a nice smooth look.

Dip the cotton balls in the milk, dap on your skin and let it sit for 5-10 minutes then rinse off.

Side Note: Wholemilk can be replaced with Buttermilk if you so desire.

How exactly does this help with anti aging skin care?

Well, milk contains lactic acid which is very beneficial in reducing fine lines and wrinkles.

It helps to exfoliate the skin and leave it moisturized, it also evens out the skin tone.

Chocolate Milk

Recipe #2:

What you'll need;

  • 1 cup of powdered milk
  • 1/2 cup of cocoa powder

Add to bathwater, or put in a sock and hang over the faucet. Soak for 30 minutes.

How does this chocolatey mix help your skin?

Cocoa powder protects the skin from free radicals which is the main source of what causes sun damaged skin and wrinkles. It's also very moisturizing and really beneficial for your skin.

Essential Milk

Recipe #3:

What you'll need;

  • 1 cup of powdered milk
  • Your favorite essential oil 5-10 drops

Add to bath water or put in a sock and hang over the faucet. Enjoy!
