Skin care is often made more complicated than it needs to be. Thousands of products on the shelves, lots of ingredients that you can't pronounce and chemicals that you're not sure of.
Here you'll find a ton of information, and what you're able to use from your own kitchen cupboards.

Everybody has had some kind of skin care problem in their lifetime. It can be as mild as dry skin in the winter, or stretch marks that are like a bad tattoo. Nobody likes having skin issues, they make you feel old, unattractive and can sometimes be painful.
I have never been one that liked spending a lot of time taking care of my skin, I like simple and to the point. Anything that is fast, easy and can become automatic is my kind of regime.
I have created some small guides along the way to help you out, including this Take-Along Guide for Cosmetics; Chemicals to Avoid (PDF file, Mac users open with an adobe reader and not with the "Preview" default).
There are a few basic skin care principles that everyone can benefit from:
1.) Drink plenty of water – this gives your skin the elasticity and moisture it needs and helps keep wrinkles away longer.
2.) Eating healthy balanced diet helps you to get the vitamins and minerals that your body needs in order to regenerate skin cells and helps to reduce the toxic build up from chemicals in processed foods.
3.) Use natural and organic skin care products to reduce chemicals that enter your skin, these can also block your pores which won’t allow your skin to breathe and will trap toxins in your skin.
4.) Always moisturize! Everyone knows that dry skin needs moisture, but most people don’t realize that if you moisturize oily skin, it tells your body to cut back on the oil it’s already producing.
