Ground Coffee
Exfoliation and Other Benefits
I love my morning companion; ground coffee brewing as I come to my senses. Not only is the aroma invigorating but it's great for your skin! It has many benefits for you, even some things you wouldn't think of. We all know that it contains caffeine. CELLULITE But did you know that this natural chemical makeup when applied to your skin actually helps to reduce cellulite? And be honest - who doesn't want to reduce their cellulite?
WRINKLES It can also help to firm skin up after you've had a baby or to reduce wrinkles. Drink decaf? Don't fret! It still works as a great exfoliation for your skin, leaving it soft and smooth. Possibly saving you hundreds of dollars that you might spend at a spa or a dermatologist to get rejuvenating facials done. EXFOLIATION Instead of throwing away your precious grounds let them be a second help to you, with this simple exfoliation recipe; WHAT YOU'LL NEED: 1 cup of grounds 4 tablespoons of Sweet almond or jojoba oil Mix ingredients and apply to the face or body in circular motions. Allow it to rest for 2 to 3 minutes before rinsing off.You do not need to use this recipe with grounds that have already been used, but if you do decide to use your morning brew make sure that you use them within 1 hour to gain the full benefits of the recipe. For added benefits try adding one or more of these ingredients; 1 Tablespoon Finely ground sugar - helps to pull away even more dead skin cells and adds a nice luster to it. 1 Tablespoon finely ground Dead Sea Salt - helps to tighten and firm the skin, this is great for those whodrink decaf since they wont be getting the skin-lifting results as caffinated coffee would. 3 drops of Vitamin E - helps to moisturize the skin, leaving it soft, smooth and promotes elasticity.
FACE MASK RECIPEAnother fabulous and very popular treatment is the wonderfully scrumptious Face Mask. Absolutely delightful!!
