Exfoliation

EXFOLIATION

Instead of throwing away your precious grounds let them be a second help to you, by learning how to make coffee skincare with this simple exfoliation recipe;

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • 1 cup of grounds
  • 4 tablespoons of Sweet Almond or Jojoba Oil
  • Mix ingredients and apply to the face or body in circular motions.
  • Allow it to rest for 2 to 3 minutes before rinsing off.
  • You do not need to use this recipe with grounds that have already been used, but if you do decide to use your morning brew make sure that you use them within 1 hour to gain the full benefits of the recipe.

    FOR ADDED BENEFITS TRY ADDING ONE OR MORE OF THESE INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Tablespoon Finely ground sugar - helps to pull away even more dead skin cells and adds a nice luster to it.
  • 1 Tablespoon finely ground Dead Sea Salt - helps to tighten and firm the skin, this is great for those who drink decaf since they wont be getting the skin-lifting results as caffeinated coffee would.
  • 3 drops of Vitamin E - helps to moisturize the skin, leaving it soft, smooth and promotes elasticity.
