Strawberry Recipes for Natural Skincare

And Gorgeous Skin that Smells Great too!

Many simple strawberry recipes have been developed over the centuries to make use of this beautiful fragrant summer fruit for natural skincare.

Strawberries are considered to have a cooling effect, both on the skin and inside the body when eaten. So much so that it was not considered healthy to eat them during the winter.

The fruit, the leaves and the root can be used for medicinal and healing purposes.

Obviously, the fruit is by far the most pleasant and easiest to use, and it is pretty easy to grow a few strawberry plants in the summer.

Unfortunately they can also cause an allergic reaction when eaten or when in contact with the skin for some people. Make sure you are not allergic before trying them in your skincare regime!
